Every junior and minor-pro organization faces the same challenge. Billet families are fantastic, but there just isn’t one for every player. Then what?
Too many players end up in hotels, outdated apartments, or couch-hopping in unfamiliar neighborhoods. That costs them focus, sleep, and development, and it gives parents a lot of sleepless nights. The Hockey House was built to fix that.

How it works
1. Partner
Your team signs a 36-month housing agreement and commits a set number of players.
2. We build
We acquire, renovate, and furnish homes near your rink, at no capital cost to your organization.
3. Players move in
Players arrive in August to a ready home with individual leases and all utilities included.
4. We manage
Maintenance, cleaning, inspections, and repairs are on us, all season long.

Launching in the Northeast
Our first homes are planned for Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, and New Hampshire, with a national rollout to follow.

Now partnering with teams for the 2027–28 season
Agreements must be signed at least six months before the season so we can acquire and renovate your homes in time.
