HOW IT WORKS
From handshake to move-in day.
We partner directly with teams and organizations, not individual players, so housing is handled before the season even starts.
Step 1: Partner
Your organization signs a 36-month housing agreement and commits a set number of players. The agreement must be signed at least six months before the season starts.
Step 2: Acquire
We find and purchase homes near your rink, chosen for safety, size, and proximity. Your team never puts up capital or takes on a mortgage.
Step 3: Renovate & furnish
Each home is renovated, furnished, and outfitted with a shooting bay, gym, sauna, cold plunge, dry room, and more.
Step 4: Move in
Players arrive in August. Each player has an individual lease with utilities included, and the home is inspected at move-in.
Step 5: We manage. You play.
Maintenance, cleaning, and repairs are on us all season. When the agreement term ends, we renew together based on what’s working.
